Hi,
I am currently writing my thesis, where I include a chapter regarding machine learning approaches in single-cell data analysis.
Given that the scGPT paper has been cited 218 times to date (WoS), I assume it is a popular model. However, I was unable to find any paper that uses scGPT to tackle an actual biological question. I found mostly benchmarks and technical works only. It can be, of course, due to a relatively recent publication of the model.
Hence, my question: Is anyone using scGPT as a tool in biological research? If so, can you elaborate a bit on how and what for? Alternatively, can you guide me to the published works where the authors did so?
