Need a way to seamlessly create and simulate new cross-chain votes. Addresses can be found here.
Problems
- There are multiple different implementations for broadcasters/relalyers
- Some of them need extra input like gas_amount which might be hard to calculate
- hence full simulation is hard, may be try just
with boa.env.prank(relayer): agent.execute()
