[BUG] Unknown error with "cOv...NO"

Current Behavior

When try to add a new instance, it pops a meaningless error code.

Expected Behavior

Successfully add a new instance.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open "Add an instance ".
2. Fill the blanks required ( Distro name is Ubuntu-22.04 ).
3. Click "Create".
4. Wait for a second.
5. Bug reproduced.

Environment

- Windows Version: 19045.5679
- WSL Distro Manager Version: 1.8.17
- WSL Version: 2.4.13.0
- Source: Github releases
