Config variable for threads

Creating a special group for bot is kinda making a mess, it'd be nice if bot could work in threads, which is created for bot.

Just adding a new variable for threads. Enter thread id, boom, bot works only in entered thread, no need to make a mess in chat list

I've seen subgroups in config and I really hope it's not the same thing. otherwise I didn't understand that lol
