Element/Document offset

Create logic to add a data-scroll-offset to a locked element/document.

Why?
When content is loaded with ajax and if b-scroll-lock is in that ajax unlock method will set scroll to 0. Way to fix this is by adding an offset value to markup and passing it to .unlock(offsetValue).
