iCloud backup multiple devices and keep months

Hi I stumbled upon this tool today and i have few questions to see if it would work for my scenario.
I have 200GB icloud plan with family share of devices. the storage gets full every 4-6 months. So what i do once in 6 month for each device i go to icloud.com and enter each user's credentials and I download all the photos (excluding recent 6 months) to my NAS and delete only the photo/videos i downloaded from iCloud/(which also deletes from device, clearing storage in iCloud)

So if use this program, can I configure so

• download once every day (or a week) from all devices
• delete anything over 6 months from iCloud/device
  (Ultimately keeping 6 months of photos on each devices)
  I use immich self hosted where all the photos ever taken can be viewed from macs/iphones)
