Use of AI for pull requests

I searched and didn't find anything, so let's ask the big question: how does the community feel about the usage of LLMs (AI code agents, in more fancy words) to advance some long pending issues (for example, #785)?

I don't mean to setup a rogue bot to review or generate code as it wishes. I mean that a developer like me, with good knowledge of Python but limited knowledge of Django, that can use it to help the project advance more.

(disclaimer: I don't have any stake on AI startup/tool/whatever and all this text was 100% handcrafted by me)
