[Bug report] The setting options is not being recorded

Describe the bug
The plugin isn't setting the translation options.
The options contain several options, such as: Translate into a specific language, CSS, and the service that will translate.

Expected behavior
After configuring the translation, it does not follow the settings, and when you return to the options area, you can see that nothing was saved.
