The "new" API replaces the "old" API and provides better translation quality. "html" also belongs to the "new" API, except that it supports HTML markup directly, and it is intended to enable the plugin to preserve the original format in a future update. |

Currently, if you do not enable the merge translation feature, they are the same; otherwise, the "new" API is recommended. |
