Update the theme to match the Bonitasoft charter (in particular colors) #236
Description
In 2023, the charter changed in the https://bonitasoft.com website. The documentation site still uses the former colors (in particular the former blue and red colors).
The logo in the documentation has already been updated in December 2022 to use the one from the new charter: #165
