How can I change blog avatar?

Hello!
I chose Bearded Theme for my WordPress blog and I have a problem : the blog avatar (blue image with a white moustache!) is tied to a gravatar account, so there seems to be no way to change it to something else... How can I resolve that? I tried to change the image directly in the FTP server, but without success. So, if it's not possible, how can I delete (or just hide) it?

Also, I would like to create a template blog page (like in the demo), with all posts. Can you give me the solution?

the avatar should can be change by signing yourself in gravatar, that
dummy avatar will be replaced when you have your avatar on gravatar,
then make sure your email login on the WordPress is the same as the
one on gravatar

With these codes : it's ok ! They are the same...
But with this link (when I click on the link above in source code) : http://i2.wp.com/mathieurichard-sailing.com/wp-content/themes/bearded/assets/images/avatar.png it does'nt work ! It's always the same image, with moustache... grrrrrr :-(
