Possibility to have duplicate feed names messes with interface (non-critical) #1450

Description

Describe the bug
If I create a feed and give it a name that is identical to one of the pre-defined feeds, say "Following", this works without any warning. Then, when I click either the pre-defined "Following" feed, or the newly created "Following" feed (with the rss-icon), both feed names get highlighted.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any feed
  2. Click on sliders symbol in the upper right corner of the active feed window
  3. Chenge some filters, click "save custom feed", enter feed title: "Following".
  4. Now, selecting either the pre-defined "Following" feed, or the newly created "Following" feed (with the rss-icon), both feed names get highlighted. The correct feed is activated though.

Expected behavior
I would expect that no duplicate names would be allowed.

Screenshots
In the screenshot below, you see that both feeds are highlighted (black)

Bonfire environment (please complete the following information):
campground.bonfire.cafe (Bonfire social 1.0.0-rc.2.3 JS en)

Client device (please complete the following information):

  • PC, linux fedora, gnome, firefox.

Additional context
I think it would be good if, in general, the interface would make a clearer distinction between thing the user can and cannot change. Preferably with a simple icon-property: maybe, user-defined objects could have a shade or a star to the icon.
