Exports losing their gradients when system non-unicode language is not English in Windows #197

Hi there,

For some reason I have to set the 'Current language for non-Unicode programs' to Chinese. There are a lot of clients who speak Chinese that I need to communicate with, However this breaks the export of gradient colors.

There are some workarounds, mostly changing the object name to full English, but none of them work in my case. I found out that the only way to fixing this is to set the system 'Current language for non-Unicode programs' option to English and it will work. But this will break the Chinese characters when chatting with my Chinese customers.

I belive that this must be a not-so-big mistake and I hope it can be fixed.
Thanks for the great work, btw
