Detect usage in doc tests

Hi, thank you for a helpful crate!

Is it possible to implement usage detection for dev-dependencies in doc tests?

For example:

• git clone https://github.com/DenisGorbachev/vec-of-enum
• Remove package.metadata.cargo-machete in Cargo.toml
• cargo machete --with-metadata

Currently it doesn't detect that derive_more and serde are used in src/lib.rs module doc.

Hi! thanks for opening an issue. This might be doable, although I'm not too sure how it would work without involving a real-world parser, which we could avoid to do so far (and that's a choice, as it implies the speed of cargo-machete). Maybe we could add a special feature toggle to not ignore commented lines?
