How to NOT show address if TC is marked & add link to sites meeting list page & headers #19

Is there anything special to make "If marked as TC and VM it will not return the address information, just virtual links." work? We keep activating the plugin with each update hoping it will work, but even with the last update, 1.3.5, still not able to use the plugin on live site. Plugin will show address even if meeting has TC/VM checked.
Also, feature request... can you add ability to link the meeting name to the site's normal meeting list page. It does not have to be anything fancy like linking that groups name to their page or ASC listing... just a single generic Meeting List page for the site to see the rest of the meetings for the day.
Can you add headers to the table and block layouts?
