Feature request: "Mayo Trusted Servant" user level

The plugin BMLT Workflow creates a Wordpress user level called "BMLT Workflow Trusted Servant". When a Wordpress User is assigned this level, their admin panel rights are limited to reviewing, editing and approving Workflow Submissions (Meeting list changes).

Can a similar feature be added to Mayo so that we can create a user who only has the capability to review, change and publish Mayo Events?
