Running checkmate issue

i am getting issue while logging , after putting the mail id:uptimedemo@demo.com and password:Demouser1! ,
i am getting network error,The server did not respond. Please check your network or try again later, anyone has the solution to this

Nope, there are no issues on my end. Are you trying it with https://checkmate-demo.bluewavelabs.ca/ ?

i am trying it on chrome, edge and brave, all showing same notification of network error.

I don't think it's the browser issue. Is the Docker server running? Can you double check?

Hi @yoyounik,

The applications requires both the client and server to be running. The client will not function without the server.

I suggest following our quickstart for Users guide if you want to use the application. If you want to develop the application yourself then you can follow the quickstart for developers guide.

If you are using docker compose as suggested please provide details of your setup and we can try to help.
