Inspiration: medical ultrasound interface #115
Description
I recently had the chance to play with a medical multibeam sonar, which didn't have the nicest interface, but did have some options we likely haven't thought much about. I figure if they're useful in practical medical contexts then they may be useful in our contexts, so throwing this here in case we want to dig more into the ideas it represents at some point in future :-)
