Error when record video h265 and use mode useAbsoluteTimestamp True

Describe the issue

I record video from rtsp. its work fine when i use h264 stream but i switch to h265 error " invalid DeltaPocS0".

Describe how to replicate the issue

RTSP stream h265 and record video with useAbsoluteTimestamp True.
