Consider adding support for consuming/producing OpenMediaTransport feeds

Describe the feature

Open Media Transport (https://github.com/openmediatransport/) is an open source network protocol designed to be a patent-unencumbered rival to NDI backed by the folks at vMix, Sienna, Softvelum (Nimble) et all. Adding support in mediamtx would allow for easy transformation of OMT feeds into more internet-friendly transports, as well as rewrapping internet-friendly transports into a more switcher-friendly format.

I think this is a great idea, would be a great addition to have this natively build into mediamtx
