Can mavp2p be used to integrate a payload?

For example, let's say the setup is QGroundControl. Would this be a way to send an image?

1. Payload computer runs ./mavp2p udps:0.0.0.0:5600 on the command line.
2. QGroundControl adds mavp2p-ip:5600 as a server and connects.
3. Payload computer runs
