Okay, I think I figured out what @GandalfBitcoin meant...

A large amount of money was sent from an address owned by BC.i to the two multisig addresses he listed. Those multisig addresses seems to be making a lot of low-value transactions (ie the connection to the stress-test). @GandalfBitcoin assumes BC.i knows who the owner of those addresses are.
