v2.1a Hotfix

Hotfix: Perform downscaling before applying the x4 prescaler. 720p scaled to x4 is bigger than 4K, which is unecessary and slows the algorithm down.

Added L version that contains a larger prescaler. Significant improvements to low resolution anime (eg. 480p)
