How to transfer Scalelite recording from one scalelite server to another properly

Im trying to move recordings from one scalelite server to another

Tried moving the Postgres database from the old server to the new one then moved all the published recordings from the old server to the new one. Even after doing that, I can't see the recording in Moodle.

Does anyone know how to move the recording properly?

Do you back up your Redis data? Scalelite stores some valuable data in Redis.

The best way to move Scalelite recording from one server to another is by moving the volume folder as scalelite is in a docker container it saves all data in the volume folder.

@mahdidev70, there are other ways, such as accessing the database directly and transferring the data, and then recording. It can work sometimes, but it's not reliable because you will lose some data in the process. This is because Scalelite is in a Docker container, and Docker containers are pretty complex when the data comes out of them.
