App download through VPP

I have VPP and apple configurator, I need to download ipa. Right now I use AC to install app on the device and then get ipa file from AC's temp dir.
Reading docs, I cant figure out: can I use this tool to download app through VPP?

I don't know what VPP is. If you use Proxyman + Configurator to buy/install an app you can see a request payload plist that includes the kbsync blob. This is the missing piece. I've added to ability (IF YOU SAVE THAT PLIST TO A LOCAL FILE FIRST) a way to pass that into ipsw dl ipa --keybag-plist /path/to/that/plist to be able to download apps. I've only tested it with a few apps and don't know if Apple expires that or if you can just keep using that forever.
