How can I extract Apple private frameworks from downloaded macOS installers?

I downloaded the newest macOS 10.15 installer via:

ipsw download macos -b 19H15

How can I extract Apple private frameworks from it? I think the dyld files were still available on the file system back then, but I don't know how to extract the files that would be installed. I eventually got to a Payload file, but I don't know its format. Rather than continuing to investigate, I thought I'd ask here in case you or anyone else know how to extract the private framework dylds.
