Is there an option to only have the icons added from the theme?

I've been following this style for a very long time (since Proton dropped), and I've been slowly returning it back to the default look of Firefox. Is there an easy way to keep only the icons from this theme (with padding) and remove the rest of the tweaks?

If not easy, could someone give me a block of lines that would need to be deleted/commented out to achieve something close? Every time it updates I have to go through it manually.
