The BU580 supports two memory slots. i am not sure if it sends this data also out via bluetooth, but it would be amazing if the data could be split up.

This can't be done because the integration reads the latest value and then stops getting any more data.

ah ok, i thought maybe the information about the person is included in the datagram and just has to be parsed by the integration do decide into which sensor to ingest the data.

oh, I see what you mean.
Actually there is this information about the user, but I haven't used it.
The easiest way to do this is to create a new sensor with the selected user.

i might be interested in getting my hands dirty to solve that issue. can you give me a couple of hints in the code where i would need to start? but realistically i wont be able to work on in it in the next two weeks.

It should be fairly easy to add this functionality yourself.

There are a couple of files that need to be changed. One of them is the parser which you should use the user variable and pass it through a new update_sensor.
The other is the sensor file which should be used to define the description of the new user sensor.

I hope this helps narrow things down.

ok, but i actually would split up the data into multiple sensors (systolic 1, systolic 2) and not a data and a user sensor (systolic, user).
