List of supported devices

Hi, i think it would be handy if the currently known or likley supported devices would be noted in the readme.md

I have read about

• BU530
• BU570
• BU580*

from the list of devices on the website it seems

• BU580 and BU584 are identical except of color, so this should work as well

*i think thats even wrong, because all blood presure monitors from medisana seem to start with BU for "Upper arm" and BW for "Wrist", but not BT

If not, can it be integrated?

Does the Medisana 584 work?

@WebfinityDesign Mine does. The only problem is a lot of E4 errors, seems like you need to wait quite a bit of time between measurements. Seems to have the same issue with this variant
