Create API endpoint for stream statistics #6
Description
Create simplified backend and API for reporting, retrieving, and setting stream statistics.
Goals:
- CHARTS AND GRAPHS
- Create chart of live view count and channel chats per minute.
- Track Bitrate}, Frmerate, and KeyFrames(if available).
