Profile runtime to identify bottlenecks and improve speed by optimally parallelizing as many parts of the code as possible.

• Parallelize spectrum preprocessing.
• Parallelize spectrum similarity calculations.
• Parallelize rescoring feature calculations.
• Use a GPU-powered ML model for rescoring.
