cudart64_118.dll I CANNOT FIND IT ANYWHERE

I have tried everything and i cannot find this file. the installer installs 110 and i need to use it cause of tensorflow 2.12 someone please help i have tried everything

Can you please clarify?

What installer? What is "110", an old build with libbitsandbytes_cuda110.dll? Or is that cudart64_110.dll?

Please be aware that bitsandbytes is only compatible with PyTorch >= 2.2.2 and does not support TensorFlow.
