Support for umibased react application

Will the react-to-web-component works in umi based react app(react 16.x and umi 2.x). If so please the share the documentation

React-to-web-component works with React components, and those can then be imported into an UmiJS application, but frameworks like Umi provide extra functionality such as a router that is meant to work page-wide. Components using the extra functionality provided by Umi aren't good candidates for packaging into Web components and distributing for use outside of Umi-based applications. They may be deployable in other Umi-based applications, but outside of an app that's already running UmiJS there won't be the running software support for the component.

If you are interested in deploying your components both inside the Umi framework and outside of it, you would want to use a polymorphic build strategy to build against different dependencies with the same API for different contexts. In other words, your component would import from something like @polymorphic/link which in UmiJS is configured to alias to umi/link but for building a generic Web component loads a custom wrapper around an <a> tag. We should have probably done a blog post about this, since we've been internally recommending this strategy since 2023.
