Contributor License Agreement (CLA) for translation

Hi,

Upon visiting transifex.com to contribute translations, I saw that signing a Contributor License Agreement (CLA) is required to contribute translation.
While I understand there's a desire to makes thing tighter legally speaking, it's not worth spending time reviewing this CLA, and getting the necessary approval just to translate a few strings.

So I've removed myself from the translation team, and wanted to share my reason for doing so.
Hopefully others will have time to approve the CLA and continue contributing.

Thanks for making ICSx, it's a great app.
