Can't subscribe Calendar via URL but files work

If I try to subscribe this Calendar and get the following error. Direct download and import via file works fine. What could be the reason?

I test this issue with version 2.2.7 and 2.2.8 with same behavior-

Works fine here and sounds like a bad connection. Can you try using a different wifi or a mobile data connection for subscribing?

Thanks for your test. That's true. I don't know why, but today it works again.
