Renaming account doesn't change ORGANIZER

[rfc2822]

1. Create account with name "test@example.com".
2. Create + upload group-scheduled event → ORGANIZER:mailto:test@example.com.
3. Rename account to "test2@example.com"
4. Crate + upload another group-scheduled event → the ORGANIZER is still test@example.com and not test2@example.com

Maybe related to #1715?

BTW we need (better) tests for account renaming. This is broken so often.

Deleted data, removed accounts, recreated from scratch. Looks like the flow now only let you choose the email as account name so this matter has already been handled.

It now set the ORGANIZER as the email. My account has been sitting here in the app for a while, it's possible the name at one time was iCloud.

So the bug is more about the account renaming function I guess, which does not propagate to the ORGANIZER
