At the top of the app there are two tabs for CalDAV/CardDAV.

• The two terms are >50% equal and hard to distinguish quickly.
• Especially non-technical users don’t know what these terms mean anyway.

I’ve set up DAVx5 for some users and they would have an easier time selecting a new addressbook themselves if they could identify the CardDAV tab.

This is how it currently looks:

I suggest placing a small icon left of the texts CalDAV/CardDAV. I could suggest particular icons but don’t know which iconset is already in use in DAVx5.
