Plotter x-axis jittering and rescaling

Some users are experiencing jittering and rescaling of the x-axis in the plotter tab. This issue appears to be OS-independent. Notably, the issue is present on one system but not on another, despite both having the same environment setup.

I have not been able to reproduce this issue on my setup. If you are experiencing this problem, please provide information to help solve this issue (OS, Python version and a list of installed packages and their versions, steps you took leading up to issue, console printout, screenshots or screen recordings demonstrating the issue, any other contextual information that might be helpful)
