Add support for BIP 84.
Currently we default (and only support) BIP 86. There's good reasons for that now and also for the future (silent payments, etc).
But it would be nice to have the option to use BIP84 since a lot of people use that too.
Not exactly sure how to best do this from a UX point of view, no not clutter things too much, etc. Need to think/experiement more to get a best feel for it
