downloaded... by using the command, now what?

Ok I got the master dl downloaded, now what do I do next? I ask this cause I downloaded the latest version and it kept on saying "no file found" or something like that, and using the "fantiadl.py [options] url" and changing the options with the -c command and URL nothing happens... please help.
