Is observability the key feature why developers would use Gogantic Core?

Gogantic's Core (Input, LLM, Output, and Pipe) build the foundation of successful and lightweight usage of LLMs in Go without any dependencies.

I think there is one key thing missing, observability. The focus fore now will be on the Gogantic Core and observability of the full data flow (pipe) from input to output.
