Problems with Custom Species List

I would like to analyse a batch of audio files to detect Euroasian Eagle-owl and the analyzer is not working properly. All the files are in .WAV and I have a .txt document for the custom species list that reads
Bubo bubo_Eurasian Eagle-owl
I have also tried to write it the other way around: Eurasian Eagle-owl_Bubo bubo

Is this format correct? Should I change anything? why the analysis is not working when I always put a control file with the song of the owl, so the program should have detected at least the bird in that audio?

Does it give you an error message? Are you using the GUI or CLI?

The result files are empty.
I am using GUI I think

Custom lists are picky, I believe they're case sensitive. So, if you want an an Eagle Owl reported you'll need to have: Bubo bubo_Eurasian Eagle-Owl

One other thing, if there is whitespace at the end of the line, it won't work either (this may have been fixed in very recent versions)
