Version and releases

If you are developing a wrapper for a new language or any other tool to be integrated in the Dicoogle, please follow the follow guidelines.

Version nomenclature: X.Y.Z
First release starts in 1.0.0.
Big changes increase the X.
Minor features increase Y.
Bug fixing increases Z.
