Installation guidelines should avoid compiler installation

I think the README file should provide complete installation instructions that avoid compiling the ocaml compiler. Not sure though how to do that ;o)!

I added instructions in the README. However, I've never tested the opam init step.

Still have more work to do in the Tool and Package Developers sections, but the Users section I hope is reasonably good.

From the manual it seems that the repo should be indexed when served through HTTP. I guess that means we'll have to setup a mirror incorporating the indexes somewhere, doesn't it?

It works when biopam is a secondary repo, so is this requirement only for the first repo you initialize with. That seems arbitrary.

Regardless, we should do the indexing anyway, so I don't think this will be an obstacle... just more work.
