Every key EXCEPT fn works. Uninstall?

Two things:

1. Every key except the fn key works. Unfortunately, that is the key I need to use.
2. How do I get my function keys back? The entire row is not accessible after uninstalling.

My setup is Apple wireless model A1314 and late 2014 27" iMac running 10.12.4.

The app can't process Fn keys from some external keyboards, since they don't send a real key signal. But since you're using an Apple keyboard, this should not be the cause. I do really suggest to use a key other than Fn if it's not working for you. Also, try to reboot and/or disable other accessibility tools (like BetterTouchTool) if you have them installed.

I'm not sure about your 2nd question? Can you explain a bit more about what's not working? Also, try a reboot first.

Ok I will have to use another key.
I have tried multiple things like rebooting, restore from TimeMachine backup, repairing permissions.
In regards to my second issue-When I disable the app, none of my function keys work.

The 2nd issue hardly seems related to our app. We haven't heard this before from any of our users and the app doesn't do anything with function key handling.

The only thing I can think of is that it might be because macOS is sort of tricked in having a Touch Bar, which means a keyboard without a function row, but of that's the cause the issue should have come up much sooner.

If you have Xcode installed, you could click WIndow > Show Touch Bar to see if you're having the same issue with Xcode's on-screen Touch Bar. We're basically doing the exact same thing as Xcode.
