Fix tooltip appearance in chrome

I am having the issue, that the Tooltip does not appear correctly in chrome. Even if i use a custom tooltip with the tooltip slot it is cut in half visually. Removing the will-change property of the vue-slide-bar-tooltip-container-class fixes the issue.

I do have another problem when clicking to progressbar, the tooltip is hidden while transition is going on, i don't know if this is meant to be like this.

@gabsi20 Does this issue still persist? If so, could you provide a screenshot showing the described behavior?
