How do I reupload and link the video without losing the annotations? I am not sure why a few videos are missing. Their thumbnails are there still and I extended the access to all, I thought.

The most likely cause is expired storage requests. But I can check if you send me volume or video IDs. You can also send them to info@biigle.de if you don't want to publish them here.
