Replacing existing annotations with new labels

I made some annotations to a video with an older label tree. I made an updated label tree, and would like to keep the existing annotation but just swap out the label. Is this possible?

Yes, the quickest way is to use Largo. If you made all annotations yourself, you can dismiss/relabel the annotations directly. If there are annotations from other users you have to be "expert" or "admin" in the project and enable the "force delete/relabel" button, otherwise the labels are appended instead of replaced.

Note that if you "dismiss" an annotation in Largo and do not choose a new label in the "relabel" step, the annotation will be deleted when the Largo session is saved. It will warn you about this, though.
