While there currently is an issue with the layout of the export interface (#1075), it works on our instance running v3.95.0. I don't recall any change in the export/import features between your versions any ours, though.

Maybe there is an out of memory issue when the volumes are loaded? Do you see any errors in the logs or in the browser developer console (F12) when you open the export page?

If there is no error, did you pull the most recent version of the biigle/biigle repository before rebuilding your Docker images?
