Remove user settings list from user profile

This list is growing quite big (especially in SODAR) and it is essentially redundant, as the settings can not be edited in the user profile view anyway.

Instead, we should simply provide a button for accessing the settings form view.

Tasks

• Remove settings card from user profile view
• Remove view context data if applicable
• Ensure link to user settings form is visible and logically placed
• Update tests as needed
• Update documentation
